In this regard, "Opinions" put forward the energy efficiency of China's semiconductor lighting industry development goals by 2015, the semiconductor lighting energy-saving industries and about 30% average annual growth rate; product market share has gradually increased, functional lighting up around 20% LCD backlight to achieve over 50%, landscape decorations and other products for more than 70% market share; enterprise markedly enhanced the ability of independent innovation, large-scale MOCVD equipment, the key raw materials, and more than 70% of the chip to achieve localization of the upstream chip-scale production enterprises 3 -5 home; industrial concentration was significantly increased its own brand, the larger the influence of the backbone of the market 10 or so leading enterprises; the initial establishment of standards for semiconductor lighting system; to achieve annual energy saving 40 billion kwh, equivalent to annual emissions of carbon dioxide 4000 million tons.
